Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You are the specialist for the heating, ventilation and sanitation technology of our technically demanding construction projects within a building manager team. You co-ordinate the polators and after-contractors used at the construction sites and are directly assigned to the project management You will ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works of your TGA structures at the construction site You document the workflows on the construction site and support your project manager with all important information for a professional construction site controlling

You have a successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) and/or a completed engineering degree with a focus on TGA You have experience in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), focus on heating, ventilation and sanitary technology You have ideally knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C as well as experience with MS Office and AVA programs
