Operation, installation and programming of high vacuum coating systems Monitoring and optimization of the coating processes and the process parameters (e.g. temperature, pressure and plasma properties) Qualification of coated optics by means of common measurement technology (e.g. spectral photometer) Working with the introduction of new coating processes in cooperation with development and process engineering Production planning of the coating sequence and the incorporation of new employees

Complete vocational training as a physics laboratory, fine optics, industrial mechanic or in a comparable technical profession Safe handling of technical drawings Embossed craftsmanship and high fingering Ready for shift work and use in clean room Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
