The company distributes technically demanding, standardized industrial products through its own national companies as well as a Europe-wide distributor and distribution network.The products are an integral part of professional industrial applications and stand for quality, reliability and long-term market relevance. In the course of the further development of the European distribution and distribution structure, this central commercial role is created.

Analysis and control of European traders and distribution structures Development and implementation of a single European distribution strategy Commercial cooperation with national companies and key partners Responsibility for sales, volume and margin targets Active control of price development and conditions Market and competitive analyses Planning and implementation of Europe-wide sales and marketing initiatives Further development of training and sales support measures Working on the further development of digital distribution channels Leadership of a small, specialized team

Experience in the B2B environment with industrial or technical products Background in Sales, Commercial Management or Distribution Responsibility for sales, price and margin control Experience in European or international structures Structured, pay-based mode of operation leadership experience desirable A technical background is welcome, but no need. Central European control roller with high degree of design Direct influence on sales and price structures Close cooperation with management and national companies Possibility to expand the role in perspective Corporate car, also for private use International working environment and modern framework conditions Long-term position with stability
