Your everyday work includes:

In our apartment Triftstraße 139 we give children and adolescents a home for arriving and growing. In four housing groups we accompany them lovingly. And right here your everyday life begins with us:

• Daily support with heart: You shape the everyday life of children and young people with mental disabilities and creative behavior in small groups of 5 to 7 people – for a respectful accompaniment with commitment.
• work with modern concepts: You work with modern, educational concepts such as Low-Arousel (Studio3), supported communication and WKS model.
• Assistant with competence and feeling: You accompany children and young people to live as self-determined as possible. You promote your self-employment and participation by empowering – not taking over.
• Communication & Documentation: You provide important contacts to members, legal supervisors and doctors and document your work professionally.
• Experience appreciation: You will be seen, heard and appreciated – with us, everyone counts.
