Your tasks: Quality assurance and archiving of contract documents from the investment and service business with customers according to our standards

Processing of declining customer correspondence

You collect and maintain tax exemptions together with their colleagues

You jointly perform administrative tax activities in the team including the processing of tax deductibles and the deduction tax

If necessary, You support our business processes for estates, Pfändungen and care customers. and in the preparation of balance confirmations

in case of need You maintain the membership list according to GenG.

Your profile: You have completed bank training, ideally complemented by corresponding further training

sound knowledge in banking ideally with the focus on passive processes
