Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the communication between our customers and our development teams in the context of the cross/commission environment You give our customers the basic technical understanding for our software solution msg.Insurance Suite and tune individual, standard solutions with our customers You take up technical requirements from customer projects, analyze them, and develop professional concepts that you are implementing and documenting together with the development teams. You ensure an adequate test coverage, answer tests and documentation of the implemented requirements and actively work on the migration of stocks from old systems into our msg.Insurance Suite with You present software functions as part of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pre-studies

Ideally, you bring a completed training in the insurance field or a completed study of computer science or economics or have a comparable qualification You are fit in the processes and procedures in the insurance and/or commission environment and ideally bring knowledge of the end 2 end processes with You bring first experience in consulting and cooperation with customers and feel comfortable in project and process management A strong IT affinity, a good portion of technical curiosity and a good understanding of relationships and processes as well as an agile way of working You have a high level of team and communication skills, are interested in creative solutions and bring good knowledge of German and English with
