Teamlead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Development & ERP (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership and further development of a multi-site business-central team and stay at the same time professionally close to the technical topics. Together with your team, you are responsible for the further development, stability and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and existing NAV structures. You develop central BC applications for business processes in purchasing, logistics, sales, order processing, service and finance. You will start technical solution designs based on technical requirements and accompany their implementation. You develop and expand individual BC functions and extensions with AL. You design and develop interfaces via APIs and web services and ensure clean integration of adjacent systems. You ensure system availability, performance, security and data integrity within the BC landscape. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as release and change management for the supervised systems. You accompany international business-central rollouts and work with your team to ensure a technically clean and timely implementation. You coordinate external service providers and developers and ensure good cooperation between internal and external stakeholders. As a team leader, you support your employees, give professional orientation and develop processes and technical standards together with them.

Multiannual experience in the development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV. Funded knowledge of AL, C/AL, Visual Studio code and extensions as well as a good understanding of the business central system architecture. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience in the leadership of a team or of project groups and the pleasure of developing employees professionally and personally. Knowledge of adjacent Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform or Azure Services is advantageous. Experience in project management, also with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and can also convey technical topics in a comprehensible manner to different disciplines. Very good knowledge of German and good English. Occasionally prepared for international projects and rollouts.
