Leadership and Development: You lead, motivate and develop a team of 6 customer support staff (internal and external services) Customer relationship: You are responsible for the support of our business customers (B2B) and ensure high customer satisfaction Price negotiations: You conduct price negotiations with our existing customers to ensure profitability and further development of business relations Annual talks: You plan and conduct annual talks with our business customers to strengthen long-term partnerships Further development: You identify the growth and optimization potentials within existing business relationships Coordination: You work closely with other departments such as sales, production and logistics to ensure smooth customer support Cross-site activity: You serve our offices in Flechtingen and Schönebeck, including regular presence on site in both branches

Qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office businessman / Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management or industrial businessman (m/w/d), or completed studies in the field of business, business administration (BWL), marketing or comparable Practice: Multiannual professional experience in external service, ideally in the B2B sector Leadership competence: expertise in the leadership of small teams, coupled with communication and motivation Personnel management: Know-how in cross-site staff support is advantageous Negotiating skills: Impressed ability to price negotiations with business customers Service orientation: High customer orientation and strong service readiness Analytical Thinking Power: Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solution Competence Mobility: Class B driving licence and readiness to travel Ready to move: A fundamental readiness to move to one of our branches is desirable; Support for a move is possible
