Implementation of the annual salary round and evaluation of variable remuneration. Advising executives, HR Business partners and our HR departments in the design of salary structures. Control and implementation of compensation processes in line with global requirements. Advising local HR teams on remuneration processes, guidelines and best practices. Support in introducing new initiatives and ensuring compliance.

Graduate in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources (Master of Advantage). At least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or comparable analytical roles. advanced knowledge in MS Excel; Knowledge in Paisy is beneficial. Embossed analytical skills and expertise in handling large amounts of data. Deep understanding of legal, tax and labour law frameworks. German and fluent knowledge of English in word and writing
