You can look forward to Event and projec management tasks as part of the preparation of a multi-week sales training, which takes place in the 2nd. Quarter 2026 Support of project management in the creation of project plans and presentations Participation in project meetings and support in coordination of subprojects Takeover of its own task packages in the preparation of the event, e.g. the organization of trucks, vendor searches for different plants, price comparisons based on offers etc. Contact with the international participants of the training Multi-week local support at the event (within Germany, but at the location in Munich) Preparation of the event, e.g. creation of an intranet article, cost tracking Support for further launch management tasks

We look forward to Studies in Business Administration / Economic Engineering or Similar Very high customer orientation and interest in customer discussions Interest in meeting different perspectives Interest to actively address partners Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Experience in sales or event management is not absolutely necessary
