SAPV and Treatment Care: You carry out professional basic and treatment care in the SAPV area – carefully, effectively and patient-oriented. Care process in mind: You actively design and control the care process planning – with clear objectives and sensible measures. Individual accompaniment: You implement needs-oriented care and care – close to people and everyday life. Digital documentation: You coordinate the care process with an EDV-based documentation system – slim and comprehensible.

You are examinated care professional. SAPV further education is desirable, but not absolutely necessary – we are happy to support you in continuing training. You meet people with respect, listen and embrace biography and current needs. You have a look for the feasible – and make it good. You speak clearly, give orientation and hold agreements. Even if it becomes stressful, stay calm, decision-making and team-oriented.
