At the next time we are looking for

Technical and economic management of individual modernization and construction projects in the properties managed by ZBVV in Germany Defining, updating and implementing the project objectives in coordination with the owner and the participating departments Developing asset strategies in coordination and cooperation with technical and commercial asset management Determining and updating project costs and project plan Set up and run the project team for the respective measure consisting of external architects, specialist planners and experts and internal staff Monitoring the implementation of the project in compliance with time, cost and quality requirements Coordination/development of budget planning with the client on the basis of its asset strategy Controlling the measures and creating a standardized reporting system Technical support and advice for the operational sector Reporting directly to the team leader Construction and Project Management

High- or technical college degree in a technical degree course with reference to the construction industry (architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge of contract design and negotiation management as well as strong communication skills and social competence High level of project management and moderation competence Analytical thinking and acting as well as the ability to interdisciplinary/company-wide cooperation Interest and readiness for training in the field of sustainable sanitation Knowledge with the applied PC programs (Power-Point, MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet etc.) Knowledge of building law BGB, VOB, HOAI and construction regulations
