Guided tour of our local service team Planning, coordination and control of operations and projects Ensuring smooth operations in service and project management Contact person (m/w/d) for internal and external stakeholders on technical and organizational issues Responsibility for quality management and continuous optimisation of service processes Participation in the development of innovative service concepts and technological solutions for trade fairs

Completed training or completed studies in the IT field / Telecom­muncation area or a comparable quality Multiannual experience in service or service Project management, ideally in the event or exhibition environment Very good knowledge of German and English Experience in leadership and development of teams Imprinted customer orientation, organization and communication
