Test Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Kingswinter

Technical support and advice of our customers, partners and key accounts in all questions about our electricity meters Processing of support requests and complaints, including analysis and solution finding in technical problems Implementation and documentation of acceptance tests as well as functional tests on quality assurance instruments Preparation of technical documentation, evaluations and test protocols for internal and external use Close cooperation with the departments Development, Sales and Service to continuously improve our products and services Care and development of partnerships, including communication with international contacts (also in English) Contributing to the optimization of internal processes in the field of counter technology to increase efficiency and quality

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronic, technician or a comparable qualification – a study is not absolutely necessary First experience in electrical engineering, measurement technology or technical customer support is advantageous Designed interest in technical analysis and joy in solution-oriented communication Safe handling of Microsoft Office, ideally also with ERP or CRM systems Customer and service-oriented thinking as well as a high degree of responsibility Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Structured, independent working combined with team spirit and commitment
