For the commercial consulting and accompaniment of the clinics and institutes, we are looking for an area controller (m/w/d) for the clinics and institutes at the earliest possible time in full or part time (min. 30h).

Takeover of business consulting and care of various clinics/institutes/areas Main contact partner of the Clinical and Institute Management with regard to the reporting of performance and cost development Construction, maintenance and further development of a continuous communication structure Implementation of the new and post-calculations of medical services, among others, with a view to preparing the pay negotiations Participation in different clinical and business projects and support of project work with key figures or economic analysis Creating business plans for planned investment projects Operational support for the responsible areas in procurement processes and cooperation projects Takeover of overarching activities to further develop the entire business planning and controlling sector

Completed economic or economic studies (master level desirable) with health economic priorities or comparable qualification Knowledge of hospital-specific processes desirable Embossed strategic-analytical approach to technical and economic criteria High level of communicative skills and social competence Above-average operational readiness, time flexibility according to the dates and a targeted, structured and independent working method Expressed willingness to penetrate complex topics and questions independently
