An energy manager is active at the Energy Department. Under his instructions, the following activities await you: ENERGY PRESENTATION You carry out energetic inventory of buildings, analyze energy consumption, create thermal proofs and develop concepts for sustainable energy saving. BAUPHYSIK You evaluate the construction-physical state of buildings, carry out structural-physical measurements, and launch expert opinions as well as recommendations on the solution of structural-physical problems. GEBÄUDETECHNIK With the help of the building control technology and the heating monitoring, you analyze temperature curves and load runs of industrial plants and develop recommendations for an energy-efficient and optimized operation. PROJECTBEGLEITUNG Together with colleagues in the building industry, you accompany the implementation of construction and energy saving projects and ensure their continuous optimization. Together with our technician and the software house, you develop the energy management/counter module of our CAFM system and adapt it optimally to our requirements.

QUALIFIKATION You have a completed (special) university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) in the field of supply technology, energy and building technology, civil engineering or in a comparable course of study with technical qualification. You have at least three years of professional experience in energy consulting and building physics. You have well-founded expertise and good knowledge of the relevant regulations (in particular GEG/GModG, DIN 18599 and DIN 4108). EXPERTISE You have probably already qualified by appropriate training on energy consulting for non-residential buildings. You are passionate about energy management and energy saving and can win other people for energy-conscious action through your motivation and persuasiveness. COOPERATION You like to work in the team, consider professional and respectful handling and take responsibility for your tasks. KOMMUNIKATION You have knowledge of German at least at level C1 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and communicate clearly, safely and addressably. You have a class B driving license (necessary for field services).
