Responsibility: You take overall responsibility for complex transformation and core system programs and ensure strategic, economic and operational decisions throughout the life cycle. Structured control: Large program structures guide you with clear responsibility for the outcome of budget, margins, schedule and sustainable achievement. Customer development: By actively expanding strategic customer relationships, you position us successfully and win follow-up initiatives at decision-makers' level. Sparring & Impulse: For program sponsors and executives, you translate strategic ambitions into resilient, implementable transformation roadmaps. Governance & Risk: Effective governance, risk and control models are built up and consistently implemented – including in complex organisational and stakeholder structures. Core system management: Business-critical core system introductions and modernization programs lead you with sustainable integration into existing IT and process landscapes. Competence Center: With professional excellence, market positioning and sales development, you can strengthen and manage our Competence Center.

Programme Responsibility: Multiannual experience in managing complex transformation or core system programs with responsibility for budget, time, scope and quality

Delivery Excellence: detectable expertise in controlling large, interdisciplinary project structures in the insurance environment

Economic competency: security in budget, forecast and margin control as well as responsible handling of economic targets

Industry expertise: deep understanding of insurance-specific processes, organisational structures and regulatory requirements

Methods: sound knowledge of classical and agile project and program management methods (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)

Stakeholder leadership: sovereign handling of complex stakeholder and governance structures

Customer development: Experience in expanding existing customer relationships and identifying follow-up initiatives

Implementation orientation: structured, analytical working with a clear focus on measurable results
