Strategic responsibility for the development and further development of our integrated quality and process management system with clear focus on operational potentials and increasing digitization Complete process management including process modeling, efficiency analysis, automation potentials and implementation of new process standards including AI Performance & KPI control: Expansion of our key figures, reporting and monitoring system for data-based control of the organization in close coordination with the operating areas Risk Management & Compliance: Further development of the IKS, active participation in BCM and work security processes, and acquisition of modern QM functions in the sense of a “Business Excellence” approach Quality assurance & CAPA: Systematic processing of deviations, complaints, audits and internal quality rounds – analogous to professional QM structures in the industrial environment

Multiannual professional experience in quality management, process management or company development – with experience in the service industry Methods expert: Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Auditing Methods or Similar Qualifications Found expertise of ISO 9001 as well as experience in building or developing management systems training / studies in commercial, technical or scientific fields; ideally complemented by QM or PM certifications High problem-solving competence, structured functioning, rapid understanding and strong moderation capability Readiness to travel: Flexibility for cross-site operations in Schwerin and Freiburg Leadership and communication skills to lead teams and make optimizations effective across the company High affinity for digital tools both in the design of their own tasks and in the co-design of the operational processes
