Classical Payroll Own implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill with DATEV. Maintenance and management of personal and accounting master files. care of all billing-relevant changes (input/outputs, SV, tax, etc.). Implementation of reporting and certification. Contact person for employees, health insurance companies, authorities and offices. Monitoring of pay tax and social security checks. Further development and integration Participation in the integration of new sites into our payroll structures. Support in the standardization and optimization of processes. Working with digitalization and automation topics. Interface work between payroll, HR systems and external partners.

Completed commercial or tax training (e.g. tax specialist:r, payroll:in, FALG or comparable). Multiannual experience in payroll accounting. Very good knowledge of DATEV (Lohn & salary). Knowledge found in pay tax and social security law. Interest in process optimization, digitization and integration topics. Careful, discreet and reliable operation. Team orientation and service understanding.
