Medical decisions that affect the world. If people are ill or evacuated abroad, it takes fast, informed and human medical decisions. This is where you come into play: you evaluate complex cases, advise insured persons and relatives and help to provide the right supply or safe return. You remain medically close to the case, but work part-time in a structured, international and hybrid environment in 50%.

Your tasks Medical case assessment: You analyze medical information from insured persons abroad, evaluate findings and decide on the transportability Return management: You check medically necessary return shipments to Germany or to the country of origin and pay attention to safety and medical adequacy Medical advice: You give clear professional recommendations to insured persons, relatives, clinics and internal assistance teams Medical assessments: You will start short medical reviews and reports, such as international assistance cases or national accident assistance International cooperation: You work with global branches and medical partners and bring your expertise into complex cases Your profile completed medical training with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in anaesthesia, intensive medicine, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, accident surgery, emergency medicine or with experience as a doctor Additional knowledge of travel or flight medicine is advantageous Wide medical knowledge and a secure overview of important diseases, indications and treatment routes flowing German knowledge and very good English knowledge, at least B2 Ready to participate in a structured layer system and clearly defined readiness to call You benefit from a hybrid working model with a combination of office work, about 2 to 3 days a week, and Homeoffice in the Greater Munich area.
