Responsibility for the coordination and control of the plants Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) Takeover of the complete coordination of the technical building equipment (TGA) and ensure a smooth construction process Negotiation with specialist engineer:inside and after-contractors - skillful conduct of contract and price negotiations Implementation of quality requirements Organisation, coordination and management of the construction and planning meetings Responsibility for the cost center and monitoring compliance with budget requirements
