Development of innovative solutions for and together with our public sector customers Requirements collection and management in complex IT projects Planning, implementation and evaluation of requirements workshops Intermediation between department and IT Recording and modeling of business processes Creation of specialist concepts, user stories and acceptance criteria and support in technical acceptances and tests Conception and further development of the customer's requirement management and recording of texts in tenders Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

Complete study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics, natural sciences, social sciences or a comparable course of study You have at least three years of professional experience in requirement management and at best have practical experience in cooperation in IT projects in the public sector You know classic and agile approach models, such as Scrum A certification as Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering according to IREB®, a project management and a product owner certification are desirable You are motivated to work on new technical topics such as GDPR, Accessibility or OZG as required readiness to verify the safety in accordance with SÜG of the Federal You speak very good German (from C1 level) and English Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use
