Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object of logistics real estate Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management

Technical training as e.g. electronics / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics heating air conditioning sanitation or comparable Continuing training as technician / master / manager / engineer required - optimally in facility management and / or in the technical building equipment / supply technology / heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation as well as communication skills Driving license class B and very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2)
