At the Hamburg location, we are looking for a team leader regulatory technology (m/w/d) Firmware Medical.

Head of a subteam from currently five employees in the firmware sector Support, further development and promotion of the team, take over the professional and disciplinary leadership Conception and implementation of control systems within our ventilation devices taking into account regulatory requirements Identification of innovation potentials to increase efficiency of existing ventilation technology Detection and development of new features and methods for ventilation technology using modern technologies such as machine learning and AI

Complete technical studies with reference to control technology or a comparable qualification from related fields (e.g. control technology, measurement technology, automation technology, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in the relevant field, first experience in managing employees desirable Know-how in the context of medical technology including associated standards of advantage High communication capability, sense of responsibility and organisational skills Impressed social competence and comprehensive decision-making Strategic thinking as well as clear result and target orientation Very good German and good technical English skills
