Your job Optimization and standardization of customer-oriented processes along our customer journeys Analysis of professional requirements and provision of tailor-made IT solutions Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements and contractual adjustments Support in the launch of new releases for our OSPlus core banking system Supporting projects in IT and process management – from idea to implementation Evaluation and introduction of digital solutions for financial information and savings banks Designing strategic data management and standard reporting Your profile Good to very good bachelor's or master's degree in an economic or technical-oriented degree course – e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or comparable disciplines First experience in project work Strong communication skills and team skills Good opinion on new issues and flexibility Fun in learning and analytical skills
