In this position, you take the lead of a 10-person team in the pay bill. It is particularly exciting that you actively design and drive projects for standardization in the area of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.

Developing and digitizing payroll processes Implementation of the monthly fee billing including preparation and follow-up together with your team Responsibility for payment in several companies Contact person (m/w/d) for all topics relevant to pay – both internally and externally Close cooperation with HR, Financial Accounting, Controlling and IT departments

Successfully completed commercial training as well as a further education, e.g. to the personnel specialist (m/w/d) or an economic study Multiannual experience in payroll, payroll, payroll, payroll and payroll accounting Knowledge of wage and income tax law and labour and social security law Safe handling of CRM and pay billing systems - ideally SAP High reliability, teamability and discretion
