Projektmanager (m/d) City: Frankfurt am Main + mobile work Experience: professional experience Working relationship: unlimited Full time Target of position: ensuring the processing of key issues in credit operations; and Supporting internal bodies in credit issues Optimisation of credit-related methods and procedures in coordination with the respective areas concerned Implementation of regulatory issues in the Frankfurter Sparkasse and acquisition of various project management activities

Coordination, further development and professional support of the key topics credit in coordination with the participating departments – including topics relating to the EBA-LOaM (segmentation, KRI control, further development of credit award standards, etc.) Central responsibility for planned regulatory changes related to credit business Analysis of the change and anticipation of the potential change needs for the Frankfurter Sparkasse Planning, coordination and implementation of legal and supervisory requirements Takeover of various project management activities Support for activities in the context of ECB banking supervision Current professional review and design of credit processes and process reviews Content design and implementation of credit-related training measures: identify needs, define content, create documents, referencing activities.

Qualified vocational training (e.g. bank clerk and bank-related training (e.g. bank-operated business) or completed university studies Comprehensive knowledge of credit, contract and securities Good knowledge of the KWG, the CRR, the minimum requirements for credit and other legal requirements, e.g. EBA-LOaM Good knowledge and many years of experience in credit operations Ability to think in processes, image and optimize processes Experience interdisciplinary project work Embossed project management experience Very good knowledge of Office standard applications Good knowledge of English in word and writing with a focus on bank supervision issues expressed communication capability; Ability to render complex facts understandable High stress resistance and durability Embossed problem solution behavior
