As part of our integral planning team, you take on the technical responsibility for the basis of our projects. You don’t simply plan “outside facilities” – You design the interface between land, infrastructure and buildings. Digital terrain modeling (DGM): You create precise terrain models and mass models – as a solid basis for costing and execution Planning according to HOAI: You process the performance phases 1–5 in the underground and outdoor areas – including dewatering and traffic areas Standards & Standards safely under control: You measure and provide proof of transport and drainage systems according to DIN, DWA and relevant technical guidelines Approvals & procedures: You shall draw up hydrological documents, applications for dewatering and agree with authorities and utilities Construction planning up to construction: You bring concepts into durable, building-ready solutions – detailed, implementable and cleanly documented External partners control: you coordinate engineering offices, check quality and keep costs, dates and standards in mind Interdisciplinary work: You are in close cooperation with project management, architecture, statics, building technology and construction design BIM-oriented planning: You work model-based according to the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy – transparent, efficient and forward-looking

Graduate degree in civil engineering (depth engineering), landscape architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician / master (m/w/d))) Experience in civil engineering, ideally in HOAI LPH 1–5 Safe handling of HOAI, VOB, DIN and the DWA control unit Routine in digital planning tools (CAD, BIM and AVA) You communicate clearly, tackle themes independently and drive projects professionally and organizationally forward Become part of the success story at GOLDBECK
