In close cooperation with the Head of Finance Europe and your seven-member team, you are crucial to the further development of our Finance Organisation. Hands on – always the strategic force behind our vision. You take the disciplinary leadership of the accounting team (7 employees including travel management) and report directly to the Head of Finance Europe. You are responsible for the timely creation of the monthly and annual accounts and for ensuring all commercial and tax aspects to ensure compliance. You monitor all audits, e.g. annual audits, audits, pay tax audits, social security checks. Your leadership skills are in demand in the further development of your team to establish each individual as an internal Sparring Partner within the organization. You take responsibility within the framework of projects (e.g. the introduction of S4/HANA) and actively participate in initiatives to optimize, digitize and automate accounting processes. Your role as a central contact person for local units as well as for external partners such as tax advice in the DACH region is in demand.

You have a completed commercial training in accounting or a university degree with a focus on financial/invoicing. You have several years of experience in the disciplinary team management of hybrid teams as well as practical experience in accounting, ideally in an international company. You combine enforcement, lead by example and strong hands on mentality. We require a secure handling of SAP and Excel. You like to join a dynamic and cooperative team. Your self-contained, structured and result-oriented way of working is characterized by you. You communicate convincingly and have knowledge of German and very good English.
