You keep and develop your team, consisting of the 1st and 2nd level support with 10 employees, continuously In addition to the leadership and further development of the team, customers are satisfied with a continuously excellent service Together with your team, you always act as a competent contact person for the customers and convince them with a rapid problem-solving competence analyse the existing support processes and initiate process optimization measures if necessary Finally negotiate contracts, work out Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure compliance

You have completed your studies in Computer Science / Business Informatics or completed IT training with relevant experience Your multi-year career and leadership experience collected you mainly in IT support It draws you an entrepreneurial way of thinking and action paired with a high customer orientation characterized by empathy A high degree of enforcing, communication strength and conflictability complete your profile Finally, you have knowledge of German in a manner that is secure for negotiation
