Your area: Infrastructure, Technology & Security We maintain the technical facilities and infrastructure and ensure safety in our service buildings. We create this with a nice team consisting of craftsmanship and technically versed people who work both surgically and project-related.

Your main activity: You process and manage various projects: from demand determination, procurement and planning as well as implementation to transfer to a regular operation. Their projects are concerned both with the conversion of technical installations, in particular in the context of high-availability data centers, as well as with organisational and conceptual issues and topics on sustainability. You represent the area of responsibility in working groups, audits and comparable events. You are involved in key and cross-sectional topics in our area: for example documentation care, emergency care or development of new working methods.

You bring with them: Graduate or undergraduate studies as an engineer in an area of technical building equipment (TGA), architecture or similar areas Alternatively: Completion as a technical farmer in an area of technical building equipment, architecture or comparable areas Experience in support (operation, disorder, etc.) and planning/modernization of various areas of the TGA as well as buildings Proven knowledge of project management Driving license class B Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: Successfully completed training in connection with the TGA or construction and operation of buildings Professional experience in project management Basic knowledge of IT (protocols etc.) Basic knowledge of common and industry-typical software/systems (CAD/EPLAN, Visio) Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Interest to learn new Customer and service orientation as well as quality awareness Additional job information: A successful safety review according to § 11 SÜG NRW is required for this position (is initiated within the framework of the recruitment process).
