The Kreissparkasse is the market leader in the economically prospering region Heilbronn, both in the company and in the private customer business. For our Compliance area, we are looking for a full-time central outsourcing officer (w/m/d) at the next time.

They design, monitor and develop the outsourcing management and management of ICT third-party service providers They coordinate risk analyses, evaluate measures and control regulatory requirements (e.g. according to DORA) They control a complete outsourcing and information register and accompany audits and internal voting You are a key contact person (w/m/d) for specialist areas and the Management Board for outsourcing and ICT third party management You take responsibility for compliance with the Supply Chain Care Folding Act (LkSG) and report regularly to the Management Board, coordinate training and take over communication with authorities (especially BAFA) They analyze risks along the supply chain, supervise the complaint procedure and actively shape the declaration of principle

Successful completion of an economic study or an economic further education (e.g. business economist) Methodological knowledge and practical experience in the field of outsourcing and contract management are desirable Strategic, conceptual thinking, high quality orientation and strong, binding occurrence Willingness to take responsibility and proactively develop responsibility Structured and solution-oriented working, initiative and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
