Your tasks:

• Processing and management of orders and invoices
• Support and communication with customers and suppliers
• Support in accounting and payment transactions
• Creation and maintenance of statistics, evaluations and reports
• General administrative activities such as data management and storage organization
• Organization of appointments and meetings and processing of correspondence

Your profile:

• Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in the commercial sector of advantage, ideally in the field of expertise
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• organizational design, structured and careful working
• Communication strength and team skills
• Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
