Business Analyst (m/d) – Focus on IT-Eigenentwicklungen & KI-Applications Darmstadt near Frankfurt am Main | Unlimited | Full-time | Hybrid

You analyze existing processes and systems, guide optimization potentials and support the development and introduction of new IT and AI solutions. When identifying, structuring and documenting requirements in close cooperation with the departments, the system service providers and the internal developer team as well as during the monitoring of their implementation, we rely on you. In your position, you act as a point of contact for fault messages, document them and support the fast and sustainable solution – especially in the case of self-developments and AI applications. You configure systems according to the defined requirements and perform system tests for quality assurance. Support in the creation and maintenance of the technical and technical documentation of our own developments, AI applications and interfaces completes your task area.

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable training with professional experience Found experience in process and system analysis and requirements management – ideally focusing on IT own developments and AI applications Experiences with energy market processes, industry-typical systems and their applications of advantage, as well as familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the corporate context Experience in creating and maintaining system and process documentation as well as in testing and configuring IT systems Analytical thinking, structured and independent working, high communication capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
