Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our interdisciplinary regulatory, risk & compliance transformation hub, you advise leading financial institutions, central banks and supervisory authorities at the interface of regulatory, business processes and digital innovation. You actively shape the future of risk management and compliance functions by developing and implementing innovative technologies and data-driven solutions. In this role, you accompany our customers: through transformation programs and through your work, you set innovative standards and impulses for the digital development of the financial industry. You can do a variety of tasks: Future-oriented advice: You advise our customers on the strategic realignment and modernisation of their supervisory, risk and compliance areas through the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as artificial intelligence and AI agents. Digital Transformation: You accompany sophisticated transformation projects from strategy, conception to successful implementation and develop technical and implementation concepts for the technical mapping of new business models and processes (e.g. in risk processes, the areas KYC and AML). Data-driven solutions: You design and design future-oriented data concepts, architectures and platforms and use advanced analytics, machine learning and AI applications to efficiently and intelligently solve complex regulatory challenges. Innovative implementation: You support the selection and implementation of market-leading SupTech and RegTech, Risk and Compliance solutions and coordinate the technical implementation. You play an active role in the further development of our Service Portfolio in Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Technology.

Academic background & professional experience: successfully completed studies with technological-analytical focus - e.g. in (economic) informatics, (economic) mathematics, physics, statistics, business management or economy. First relevant professional experience in consulting, financial service providers, supervisory authorities or Fin-/RegTechs - ideally related to regulatory processes, risk management or compliance. Technological competence & innovation joy: strong affinity for digital transformation and ideally first practical experience with data analysis, cloud technologies, machine learning or AI - complemented by a basic understanding of modern IT architectures, microservices, APIs and container-based platforms. Analytical Thinking & Communication Strength: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills, a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good communication skills in German and English to be convincing in an international environment.
