Then you're right with us! Become part of our small but dynamic team and participate in the international implementation of Skill & Competence Management. During your internship, you will experience the tasks, everyday life and challenges of HR Development Expert: both at Bosch and support us in ongoing and new projects such as the introduction of a new Learning Experience Platform. You bring your creativity into the development of an internal international communication platform for our activities and are responsible for our learning blog. In addition, you work closely with colleagues within a multi-site team as well as with other operational contact persons: both as specialist departments and service providers. Last but not least, you support us in the processing of data, the creation of attractive presentation documents and digital learning formats as well as in the daily business.

Education: Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Education or Similar Experiences and know-how: safe handling of media and IT tools, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Personality and working: you are reliable, flexible, working independently, approaching tasks structuredly and developing creative solutions Enthusiasm: fun dealing with people and conceptual issues Languages: reliable German and good English
