Responsibility for strategic and operational project acquisition in the field of process gas applications, plant components and technical systems. Focus on the procurement of complex technical components and close cooperation with engineering, project management and national and international suppliers. Strategic and technical project acquisition Responsibility for purchasing components, assemblies and services in process gas and related technical systems Support for development, engineering and project teams in technology and product decisions Analysis of national and international procurement markets and observation of new technologies and providers Development, coordination and implementation of purchasing strategies for project-related procurement Implementation of market, price and value analyses Supplier management Selection, evaluation and further development of suitable suppliers Assessment of technical and organisational manufacturing capabilities in terms of quality, cost and delivery Implementation and further development of supplier reviews and monitoring of delivery performance Implementation of supplier and trade fair visits in Germany and abroad Project-related procurement Technical and commercial clarification of enquiries, offers and tenders Coordination of technical, qualitative, logistical and legal requirements with the subject areas Own implementation of offer comparisons and award decisions Ensuring scheduled and demand-oriented material supply for projects Active appointment tracking and expediting in critical procurement processes Support for complaints, warranty and warranty cases Negotiation and Contract Management Conducting price, contract and contract negotiations also in English Creation and negotiation of framework agreements, project agreements and bonus models Assessment of delivery capacities taking into account project-related requirements Project and special tasks Participation in transnational projects Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports Support in optimizing purchasing and procurement processes
