Individually responsible care organisation: They organize, coordinate and control care processes independently and thus contribute to a structured and quality-secured patient care.

Concept-based reference care: They work as part of the reference care according to the dialectic-behavioral therapy concept (DBT) and accompany patients professionally in the therapeutic process.

Therapeutic group work: They take over the management and co-direction of therapy groups and actively shape them in the multi-professional treatment context.

Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely and trustfully with colleagues from different professional groups and actively contribute to the joint treatment design.

Reflective team work: They regularly take part in supervisions as well as team meetings and professionally deal with nearness and distance in the therapeutic setting.

They have completed training as a health and nursing worker or health and nursing staff. Ideally, you already have experience with the dialectic-behavioral therapy concept (DBT) and are at best qualified as DBT therapy or DBT therapy for nursing and social professions. They are characterized by a high degree of social competence, integrity and sense of responsibility. They like to work in the team, bring together a strong collaborative capacity and appreciate cooperation in the multi-professional environment. A professional, valuable communication behavior in dealing with patients and colleagues completes your profile.
