Legal Project Manager (all genders)

You will be part of our Legal Partner team at the Hamburg location and as a Legal Project Manager*in our Legal PMO in full time or part time. Take a key role in the interface between mandate management, business development and operational excellence. Your focus is on identifying market potentials, developing new and expanding existing mandate relationships. You work closely with our partners, analyze data, accompany target and mandate strategies and develop mandate development measures. You control projects, keeps timelines in mind, making efficient communication between clients, partners and specialist areas. As a central interface, you coordinate all project-related processes both nationally and internationally and ensure that our processes remain smart, transparent and scalable. Pitches, offer documents, reportings and central mandate data you keep together, bring structure into complex topics and deliver real added value to our legal work. You collect and provide central information on the status, planning and results of our inventory clients, targets and projects in systems and documents, which is necessary for the deployment of mandates, the development of mandates and project management.

Commercial, economic or legal training or business studies completed Practical experience in Legal PMO or comparable project or firm environment Good understanding of business development and project management, ideally from the law firm or the Professional Services industry Searching and professional processing of information is just as important for you as the Daily Business as the sovereign handling of MS Office (including Excel & PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools Fun to make use of digital tools and AI-based applications and optimize processes Structure, overview and multitasking, also in dynamic project phases Own initiative, sense of responsibility, team spirit and a high degree of reliability complete your profile
