IT Business & Infrastructure Operation, maintenance and further development of our primarily on-prem-based server and client infrastructure Administration of Windows Client/Server, Active Directory and Microsoft M365 (hybride environment) Planning, implementation and documentation of a secure and stable system operation Virtualization, backup & recovery solutions, monitoring and VPN connections Security & stability Participation in the further development of our IT security concepts Patch and update management Analysis and troubleshooting Support & projects 1st and 2nd level support for our users Cooperation with external service providers Working with IT projects and introducing new solutions Active optimization of processes and workflows

Must-have Complete training or further training in IT Good knowledge of Windows Client/Server and Active Directory Experience with VMware, M365, Linux Structured and reliable operation Teamability and Communication Strength Nice-to-have Experience with Microsoft Exchange or Cloud Services Basic knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) First experience with Docker or interest to work in container technologies Basic knowledge of SQL or REST interfaces
