Description During your training program “Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Technical Sales with a Focus on Mobile Hydraulics”, you will run various specialist departments at home and abroad in 18–24 months, which are personalized to you. The target position according to the program is a challenging task as a technical: sales expert:in.

• 4–6 stations, including at least one abroad: As a trainee at Bosch Rexroth, you will ensure that our customers are always supplied with optimal mobile hydraulic solutions. For this, you enrich various departments in the sales environment, e.g. the field service and other adjacent departments, through your strategic and operational expertise. You thus develop into a specialist:in mobile machines and keeps in mind everything concerning construction machines, agricultural machinery and conveyor technology.
• Demanding content with customer focus: Our customers rely on your advice on innovative solutions around the mobile hydraulics. In the course of digital transformation, you will also deal with the topics of electronification, electrification and IoT.
• Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a:e mentor:in the upper management circle assists you in your professional and personal development. You will also be accompanied by a:e current:r participant:in the trainee program during onboarding.
• Unlimited employment contract and flexible start date: We adapt the start date to your personal needs. You are part of our team from the beginning and take responsibility from day 1.
• Network: During the program, you connect with our trainee network and internal events both within different departments in Germany and with international colleagues from the Bosch Group.

Qualifications You are a sales talent and you want to realize your technical knowledge together with our customers in innovative projects. Promoting cross-thinking and themes, as well as inspiring people, you are characterized. In addition, you will bring:

• Training: You complete your studies in the technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree course) with an above-average degree/master (even doctorate).
• Experience and know-how: Dealing with customers is fun. You have already discovered this in challenging industrial practices for you and have ideally gained experience in technical sales.
• Personality and work: You can inspire people, are committed, have willingness to design and show initiative for new topics. You like to work in the team, you are strong in communication, and your proactive action completes your profile.
• Languages: You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
