Intern Labour Relations and Labour Law (m/f/d)

You support HR, executives and specialist areas in labour law issues with a focus on co-determination and bring your legal expertise into practice. You follow jurisprudence, legislative changes and trends in labour law and prepare relevant topics for different target groups in a comprehensible manner. You set up comments, opinions, training and decision-making templates and support the development of labour law skills within HR. You coordinate appointments on co-determination-relevant topics, record discussions and ensure a reliable documentation of agreements and decisions. You work closely with our Legal Counsel Labour Relations and the Works Council and develop processes, cooperation and knowledge management.

Ideally, you can start in January 2027 and want to complete the internship with us for six months in full or part-time. You study law and have ideally completed the first state exam in view or successfully; Alternatively, you are in a focus area with a labour law reference. You are interested in labor law and co-determination. You are happy to analyze complex legal issues and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner. Looking beyond the legal edge of the plate, you can move into your counterpart and anticipate problems and challenges.
