HR Manager – Structure & Development HR (m/f/d)

In the course of the transformation process and expansion of the HR department, we are looking for a HR manager (m/w/d) who has extensive experience in the personnel sector of a manufacturing company. You have either already gained first leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a responsible leadership role. In close cooperation with the management, you will shape the long-term development of the HR strategy and actively contribute to the development and development of the HR department in the coming years.

Responsibility for all personal topics at the 3 locations Building and further development of the HR department, with a focus on recruiting, personnel development and employee retention Management and implementation of HR projects, e.g. digitalization and introduction of HR software solution Support and support of change management in the transformation process of the company Advising the management of personnel strategies as an active member of the management board

Complete studies or comparable training in the field of personnel or economic psychology Multiannual experience in human resources, preferably in a production environment Experience in building and developing HR processes and processes Good knowledge of labour law and personnel development Own initiative and the ability to shape and advance changes
