The STRABAG Innovation & Digitalisation Group unit functions as an enabler for digitization and development projects. More than 400 different innovation and digitization projects are being driven forward in close cooperation with operative colleagues. Since each of these projects entails a wide range of changes, the Transformation & Innovation Directorate is responsible for supporting transformation processes at all levels and promoting innovation from the start to implementation. Support in the implementation of a new IP administration software from data matching and processing, active cooperation in system change and creation of instructions Documentation of the team processes and the derivation of text templates Conception and creation of text templates around searches and associated reporting forms Takeover of various secretariat tasks on our rights

Studies in the field of patent engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, business management, law, innovation management, technology management or comparable courses Ideally, prior knowledge in patents and brands and/or the ability to acquire knowledge quickly Founded analytical and conceptual skills, methodological and self-responsive working methods and a high degree of accuracy Quick conception for new, complex engineering solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge
