Management responsibility and strategy development: responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a 9-member team. Employee development: promotion and ongoing development of employees. Information security: Responsibility for controlling information security within the department as well as its continuous content and personal development. Compliance: Ensuring compliance requirements in the area of responsibility as a 2nd line unit and planning and implementing measures to achieve the defined corporate and department goals. Specialist adviser: advice on information security and preparation of topics for management. Risk management: management of risks from our information and communication systems (ICT systems) taking into account the ICT service providers. Process optimisation: Implementation of continuous improvement processes based on audit and test results, incidents, changes to risks and updated regulatory requirements. Audits: Planning the annual audit programme and ensuring implementation. Training: initiation and coordination of training activities, awareness-raising programmes and cross-departmental awareness campaigns. Security incidents: Active cooperation in the treatment of security incidents.

Academic qualification: Successful completion of an IT-related study course, e.g. business informatics or comparable completion/qualification. Professional experience: knowledge and experience in information security as well as in standard market standards, ideally complemented by leadership or project management experience. Skills: Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible manner and to prepare them for decisions. Soft-Skills: Strong team skills in collaboration both within the department and across departments in permanent and temporary teams. Outstanding communicative skills, enforcing ability as well as pronounced will and motivation.
