Mechatronics Technician / Mechanic / Service Technician in the Field - Forklifts, Warehouse Technology & Pallet Trucks (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a mobile service technician (m/w/d): Individually responsible customer support: You will independently serve a fixed customer area within a radius of about 45 km around your residence and are the first contact person for all technical requirements on site. Customer service: You carry out service operations directly with the customer – including vehicle acceptance, fault analysis and, if necessary, Spare parts order. Repair & maintenance: You take over the professional repair and maintenance of forklift trucks, warehouse technology and lift trucks – reliable, solution-oriented and according to manufacturer specifications. Maintenance and inspection work: You carry out regular maintenance and safety-relevant inspections to ensure the readiness and durability of the devices. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: With the help of modern diagnostic systems, you systematically address technical problems and fix them efficiently. Retrofits & rebuilds: You upgrade attachments and special equipment to meet individual customer requirements. Documentation & Communication: You document your work according to the requirements and agree closely with the internal service if necessary. Tool & material management: You are responsible for the order, care and administration of your work equipment in your own, modernly equipped service vehicle. Customer loyalty: Your professionally competent and service-oriented way helps you significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

This is ideally what you bring: A completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronic (m/w/d), agricultural and construction mechanical mechatronics (m/w/d), motor vehicle/Nfz mechanics (m/w/d) or in a comparable area first professional experience in technical service – ideally in the field of commercial vehicles, agricultural technology or industrial trucks; also dedicated professionals are welcome Excellent customer and service orientation as well as a professional and friendly appearance Organisational skills, independent operation and high reliability Basic knowledge of digital and PC-based systems (e.g. diagnostic tools, service apps) A class B driver's license and the willingness to work in the field service in your region
