With our headquarters in Ravensburg and several service points in southern Germany, we serve around 15,000 units and offer a wide range of services in WEG, Rental and Object Management. For our headquarters in Ravensburg, we are looking for a WEG manager (m/w/d), who takes responsibility and develops modern administrative processes together with us.

Self-employed and responsible commercial management of housing owners communities (WEG) Organisation, implementation and refurbishment of owner meetings Special contact for colleagues in the team, especially in complex cases or questions about WEG management Creation of economic plans, annual accounts and resolution collections Control of maintenance and modernization measures incl. Commissioning and monitoring of external service providers Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (in particular WEG law) Active co-design and optimization of internal processes in the administration sector

Completed training as a real estate businessman or comparable qualification (multiannual) professional experience in WEG administration and well-founded knowledge in WEG law Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with owners Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Class B driving licence
