AWOCADO Service gGmbH is looking for the project “Pro-Active Center (PACE) Lüneburg” at the next possible time

Social education (m/w/d) in parttime (16 hours per week)

Your tasks:

• Advising young people and young adults between 14 and 26 years in problematic situations
• Support for personal and professional development
• Help at the transition from school to work
• Support in housing search
• mediation in further aids (e.g. debt counselling, search counselling, therapy)
• Cooperation with authorities (e.g. Youth Office, Jobcenter, Employment Agency) and support network actors
• Participation in the Youth Employment Agency Lüneburg

Your training/qualification:

• completed technical or university studies of social education, social work, pedagogy, education or similar courses
• practical experience in advising young people, especially in the context of SGB II and SGB VIII
• Team skills
• independent operation
