As a Damage Manager / Jurist Personal Damage (m/w/d), you will process the operating damage business in the area of personal injury management (large and complex damage). This includes serious personal injury in motor and general liability insurance as well as in aviation and foreign damage You are Case Owner:in and take over independently and independently the damage processing In the position as a damage manager: you conduct the damage negotiations, e.g. with lawyers, social security institutions, damaged persons and private intermediaries In addition to the varied handling of damages, you will be able to participate in projects and special tasks, design objectives and key results (OKRs) of your team and are in a continuous exchange of experiences with the adjacent specialist departments You will be part of a strong team group in a modern working environment and your involvement will be intensively accompanied by your future colleagues: No one comes too short with us: through permanent individual training, conference participations, also in the international environment, you can develop further and further develop your know-how.

You are a full lawyer* (m/w/d) with successful 1st and 2nd state exams or have relevant professional/insurance experience, e.g. through an education or an adjacent study (e.g. business law) focusing on damage and performance You are interested in the clarification and legal assessment of medical matters You bring first experience in damage processing (ideally in the field of power travel – and/or general liability insurance/aeronautical / foreign damage) in the form of referrals and/or internships with Ideally you bring forward experience in the damage system Guidewire, but this is not a must Equally, you have ideally already gained knowledge in the right of compensation and social security in the form of the study focus, referees and/or internships Your work is characterized by economic thinking, willingness to perform, commitment, flexibility, personal resilience and enforcement You are communicative, like to contact different stakeholders and convince by your sovereign appearance Good knowledge of English complete your profile
