A stringent quality monitoring in all sub-processes, the identification of vulnerabilities based on target deviations and the corresponding cause analysis are the basis for our control of measures in the area. Customer complaints are an important building block for defining our quality indicators, as they give us information on defects in our operations. Our aim is to provide targeted quality and complaint indicators for the operation and to support RGB and NL's operational quality management through knowledge, analyses and action-oriented measures.
